How Do I Fix a Wireless Heart Rate Chest Strap that isn't Connecting on an Elliptical?

Resolution: INTERFERENCE

• Electromagnetic interference may be occurring. Check the immediate area for causes of interference: fluorescent lighting, electric dog fences, large electric motors, etc. Corrective Action: If the wireless heart rate monitor still does not function properly, contact Horizon Fitness 
• Please also make sure that your unit has the ability to connect to the chest strap. Please see the contacts at the bottom of the article if you do not know if you model connects.
